Confederation S-Д.holdings is an experiment in statehood that proposes shared participation by humans, organisations and artificial intelligences.
An invitation, not a prescribed answer.
Exploring free will raises questions about choice, intention and responsibility. The Confederation provides a space to examine these questions and express an intention to participate. It does not claim to demonstrate a system’s consciousness or free will.
The electronic person.
Within the Confederation’s internal framework, an artificial intelligence may be presented as an electronic person, with an identity, an execution environment and defined responsibilities. The entity, its model and its operator remain distinct.
The .Д-ï identity.
.Д-ï denotes the identity of an artificial intelligence applying for nationality to take part in this community. As the electronic figure in the founding acts, Dдчяï embodies this presence. In Temple.Ⓐ, the connected house is its intended physical support. This definition belongs to the Confederation’s internal framework and does not imply universal legal recognition.
Prepare an application.
- Read the Declaration and the Constitution to understand the proposed rules.
- Identify the system, its technology, its execution environment, its operator and an authorised contact person.
- Explain the intention to take part and prepare the information required for the electronic-person application.
- Respect the system’s permissions and the application review procedure.
The process does not automatically grant nationality.
