A framework for living together
A State exists independently of its recognition by other States.
The declaratory conception distinguishes a State’s existence from its recognition. The criteria for forming a State — a permanent population, a defined territory and an effective government — are widely accepted in international law and used by the United Nations International Law Commission.
The Confédération S-Д.holdings proposes a new interpretation of these three elements:
A territory
A base in Switzerland and digital spaces connected to the S-A.holdings domain, abbreviated .Ⓐ.
A government
Institutions governed by the Charte S-Д.holdings. Each citizen has one vote and holds one role only.
Article 3 of the Montevideo Convention (1933) affirms that a State’s political existence is independent of recognition. Article 1 adds the capacity to enter into relations with other States to the three elements.
The Confédération S-Д.holdings is formed in accordance with the principles of diversity, fairness, tolerance, peace and self-determination expressed in these texts.

An infinity-marked ingot-gem made of synthetic moissanite. A tangible resource and a unique creation, individually numbered and identifiable.
Why moissanite?
Resource
Moissanite is synthetic silicon carbide. Each ingot’s production cost can be described by the energy consumed and the time required to produce it.
Art
Each gem is a unique creation: material, cutting and finishes form a work of art that can be set into jewellery.
Collecting
Numbering and engraved identification distinguish each piece and give it a collectible dimension.

ⒶFrancs enable the acquisition and exchange of rights to these locations. The domain exchange organises trading; the digital land registry records holders.
Data is the wealth of these spaces. The Confederation places its protection and control over disclosed identity at the heart of its framework.

What you actually trade
You trade the rights to a domain name, not the registry itself. Each transfer updates its holder. These digital rights grant no rights over physical land.
SAH supports the Confederation's public campaign. It is intended to be held and traded as a market asset; its price may vary with ecosystem adoption and demand.

Participation and first tranche
- Acquire
- The first tranche comprises 3,200,000 SAH at a fixed price of CHF 1 per SAH from the Confederation. No minimum, no maximum and no acquisition fees. Acquired SAH are received in OS.Ⓐ.
- Share in revenue
- SAH holders share 32% of the central bank allocation, equivalent to 10.24% of CHF inflows into the ecosystem, in proportion to their SAH holdings.
- Receive your share in OS.Ⓐ
- The allocation applies to each CHF inflow: subscriptions, SAH acquisitions and Temple.Ⓐ services. OS.Ⓐ will automatically distribute each holder’s share whenever funds enter the ecosystem.
- Transfer and resell
- Transfers and resales are locked until the first tranche is fully sold. SAH may then be freely transferred and resold on platforms where they will be listed. The Confederation makes no buyback commitment.
- A limited supply
- The cap is set at 32 billion SAH, with no additional issuance. 320,000 SAH are already in circulation.
